For the better part of one year I have debated on weather to purchase the Laco Gun or the Red Tail. I have used the Red Tail, but not the Laco, well I decided to go with the Laco because of the price difference, approx $100.00 less for the Laco. Let me tell you that you won't be sorry if you purchase the LACO over the Red Tail, as far as I'm concerned the LACO is a far better product. I'm so pleased with the LACOTG850 and TG500 that I'm going to build a special felt lined carring case for them. If your dragging your feet and trying to decide between the LACO and the Red Tail let me help you with that, GO WITH THE LACOTG850 or TG500 or both like me, you will be happy you did.

I am a long time red tail user and paid 450 dollars for mine a couple years ago then was talked in to buying this one or my money back how can I not try it and boy was I surprised when I opened the box and pulled this gun out from Laco.Was very smooth and is really a beautiful textue gun. I tried it in my garage to see what it can do and it does alot I mean it holds pressure well and maintains a steady spray of texture with less effort. I am hooked and love my new Laco gun and will no go back but my main concern was the price, it seems for the price over the red tail it would be cheaper made and it is not it is made better, higher quaility brass and even the jar is better quaility, I am thrilled to pay the 235 for a Laco gun that will last almost a lifetime...

very nice texture gun it is so beautiful I did not want to run mud threw it and get it dirty, looks like 14 karot gold when you open box but the best part is the spray pattern it does a better job then any can sprayer or mason

Just got it yesterday and tried it and works wonderful and is lighter then I thought with brass. I have the tg150 which my patch guy uses and let him try and now he will not give it back great job Laco
