Question
When can I expect my order
Answer
Normal shipping is 2 to 7 days USA and even Alaska-Hawaii. Overseas can be 3-12 days depending on customs, compeditors may say 3-5 days but may not the case as packages do get help up in customs for up to a week but most cases 1 day for drywall products. We have a brick & Mortar store and tools are purchased daily so delivery may be longer

Question
I saw another brand part that stated can be used on Tapetech tools and is cheaper, should I purchase and use on my Tapetech tool.
Answer
Sure, aftermarket parts are used all the time in the automotive industry all the time. Here is the problem when it comes to tools of the trade.
First Tapetech has very strict tolorences with all parts and even scews, if it is not within a very small margin the whole batch will be refused, next drywall mud is very messy and when you get a small leak from an aftermarket part it costs time and labor which costs you money so the saving went out the door. They will swear up and down there part is better and will last longer which may or may not be true but they need to say anything to sell these parts which only cost them pennies to make but charge Tapetech prices for a non Tapetech part.
You have made the investment to buy the very best drywall taping tools in the world so why would you downgrade this tool with cheap off-brand parts and then try to sell your Tapetech tool with the cheaper parts. Buy Tapetech Genuine parts only

Question
How can I be sure my personal and credit information is secure?
Answer
This is the most emailed question and our most important one. Here is what you don't know about servers who host other websites.A typical host server will have 20-50 users paying 10-40 per month each to broadcast there website to the public, now that is good revenue for the host, the more they can sqeeze in the more money they make. Here is the bad and why we do not do this, first a website on this server with a bunch of other users will purchase a SSL certificate so when you check out of there website it is encrypted and makes you feel safer, the problem with this is if another user may have a porn site or a bad site which you or no one will ever know, if that site comes in with a virus, trojen horse or worse email sniffers and can work its way to all users infecting the whole server one account at a time until all is infected and alot of times undetected. How will anyone know before it is too late? They do not know and for them why spend the mony for a dedicated server when they can spend 35.00 per month and feel safe.
We understand this process and work with web developers worldwide with server issues all the time and with our Hybrid dedicated servers at premium a month it is not only a very powerful way to host a website but the safest. Ebay or Paypal uses dedicated servers like ourselves, they probably started on a shared network but knowing the risks use dedicated. Chances are the company you buy your tools or other products on the web they are on a shared server taking in your information on a shared server and taking that risk to allow another site on a shared server to spread danger to all, the site goes down, they will restore from a good backup and keep going without ever knowing where it came from, This is a risk we would never take.
Question
We see you keep a small variety of tools compared to other power tool sites or tool sites?
Answer
This is because over the years (10 years) we know what drywall contractors want and need and only sell them tools and products that other contractors buy and use, we refuse to add filler tools and they all do it where they just add tools from anyone and post it to make it appear fuller and only working out of his garage or home shop.Filler tools do not sell but are added to a site to keep you there as long as possible. We want you the contractor to go in knowing it is the best, picking out the best and checking out with the best price and make it as easy for you as possible. Go ahead and try us and see how simple we make it for you.
Question
The BBB says you have complaints against you, why?
Answer
We have been in business for over 10 years locally and have had multiple locations without ever getting a complaint. It has been in the last 5 years that people from across the globe have purchased from our store and we mean hundreds per year, this is a large volume for anyone to handle and can only handle so much before something happens like late shipping or disputes and with any normal high volume company there will always be complaints. If none are there yet they are still to new or within 5 years and do not come close to the volume of sales, this takes time but will happen. We take care of our local customers first and drop everything we do when they walk threw the door and will always be this way.
The internet has been a great tool for business but we can not forget we are human and will make mistakes and some people do not care and will just want to complain even after we settle they still complain. We had an complaint last year from a guy who purchased a special order item on a monday and on friday a letter from the bbb arrived on a compaint so this person waited 2 days before complaing not even allowing 5 days for shipping so these people are all over and we do try to keep up with demand and usually do. The businesses popping up new are the ones people should worry about not a 10 year old business like ours. The BBB wants a business to join and thats great but for a price, $400-2000 per year and some programs this is per month and we we used to pay the fees for years and never gained any sales or helped our business in anyway but when you join if a customer complains you can submit responses and your side of story and does not effect your grade from A to F as long as you are a member they will keep you A to B. If you do not join you can submit your side but does not matter it is not published and you get lower ratings per complaint until you join, we choose not to join it does not do really anything for a specialized business like ours.
Below is an example of a paid BBB account and probably pays alot to BBB because they have hundreds of complaints each year but rating is still A. How can this be, when we only have had 10 in last 5 years with over 4,000 transactions per year this is less than .001% of our total sales and is very good and our ratings are low, the company listed here has hundreds a month and is still an A. This is all about money for them and to join again just to answer 10 or lower complaints to get a higher rating is not worth it, this is our 12th year and local business is our main source of income and have to handle them first.
